I drew it for my new year card/e-mail on the last day of 2012.
I inspired by my memories of the sunrise on New Year’s Day.
Before the big earthquake 2011 (Tōhoku earthquake) and tsunami hit our country, I, my mom, sis, grandma would go to a seashore near my grand parent’s house to see the sunrises.
The other new year, I can’t remember exactly when though, the rising sun from the horizon on took my breath, the sky went rainbow color, the sea was literally like paintings of Gogh. This is one of the beautiful memories of mine.

Some of you might already know it, but let me write about this. Since former artist was no longer be able to continue being in this team, I took her place. I sometimes face with the difficulty that every successor feels, however, this is very exciting work for me! Being a character designer of games is one of dream in childhood. I’m doing a design of 3rd character now. Stay tuned!
